Thank you to Donna Lashaway and staff of Arden Courts for hosting a great meeting! John Bertschler, Ph.D. provided an insightful program “ Respectful Communication With Difficult People”. Judging by the response, the majority of us have had to deal with difficult people in the work place. Mark your calendars! The Annual NOAAP conference will be held on Tuesday, July 12th from 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. The conference theme is “Cultivating Culture Through Change”. NOAAP will be presenting an award for Activity Professional of the Year. We will also be announcing the winner of the Rap scholarship. Enclosed you will find an application to submit. The scholarship is worth a $275.00 admission fee for the entire conference. The Rap conference offers up to 21 CEU”S. The scholarship forms must be submitted by July 1st, 2011!
